Doctors NeuroPsychiatric Hospital is seeking a Director of Regulatory Compliance & Patient Experience – RN to lead facility-based efforts in regulatory compliance, risk management, patient safety, and patient and family experience. This highly visible leadership role works collaboratively with hospital leadership, physicians, staff, patients, and families to identify and address risks, promote a culture of safety and accountability, and ensure ongoing regulatory readiness. The Director uses clinical expertise and sound judgment to drive meaningful improvements in patient care, safety, and the overall patient experience.

This is a Temporary assignment through corporate payroll. This is not an agency contract and we do not cover travel stipends or reimbursements for travel. $65 PER HOUR. Opportunity to work a 13 week contract and option to convert to FT at the end of the duration based on performance. We are offering a $15,000 conversion bonus to convert to full time employment at the end of the 13 weeks. This will be paid out half at 6 month, half at 12 months. Benefits and Health insurance are NOT included during the 13 weeks but will be avilable with conversion to full time.
