Overview

This is a Temporary assignment through corporate payroll. This is not an agency contract and we do not cover travel stipends or reimbursements for travel. $75 PER HOUR. Opportunity to work a 13 week contract and option to convert to FT at the end of the duration based on performance. Benefits and Health insurance are NOT included during the 13 weeks but will be avilable with conversion to full time. We are offering a $10,000 conversion bonus to convert to full time employment at the end of the 13 weeks. This will be paid out half at 6 month, half at 12 months. We are currently accepting applications for our temp-to-hire program for day and night shift.

 

The schedule is FULL TIME ONLY, which will be three 12 hour shifts per week from 7:00-7:00 and an every other weekend rotation of Sat and Sun. No changes to the schedule will be accepted. Must be able to work the full 13 weeks consecutively.

 

Applicants need to be available to start within 2-3 weeks and be able to attend an orientation Monday-Friday. We cannot make adjustments to the orientation schedule.

Responsibilities

The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:

  • Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
  • Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
  • Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
  • Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Qualifications

Education: Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing

Certification: Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana.

Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC experience is great, too!
