Overview

NeuroPsychiatric Hospital of Indianapolis is looking for a full time Receptionist to support our patient care team at our hospital in Indianapolis, IN. The number one priority for all staff is clinical excellence with exceptional compliance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers registration information and registers all patients coming into the hospital.
  • Relays incoming and outgoing telephone calls, and operates public address or paging system as requested.
  • Greets visitors and patients and gives directions as needed.
  • Demonstrate our values of integrity, compassion, respect, diversity, teamwork, excellence and innovation in their work activities and interactions.  

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required or two years of work related experience in lieu of diploma.
  • Experience: Previous Receptionist/Administrative experience preferred.
  • Demonstratable customer service and communication skills
